개인정보 처리방침 Privacy Policy
홍해(HONGHAE, 대표 홍승용, 이하 ‘개발자’)는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 iOS 앱 팽글(Pangle)과 그 위젯, 이 웹사이트에서 처리하는 개인정보를 다음과 같이 안내합니다.
팽글은 회원가입도 로그인도 없고, 걸음 수와 위치 기록은 기기 안에서만 처리되어 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 개발자에게 전달되는 정보는 이용자가 직접 보낸 의견뿐입니다.
HONGHAE (proprietor: Seungyong Hong, “the developer”) sets out below, under Article 30 of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the personal information processed by the iOS app Pangle, its widget and this website.
Pangle has no sign-up and no log-in. Steps and route recordings are processed on your device only and never sent to a server. The only thing that reaches the developer is feedback you send yourself.

문의와 열람·삭제 요청은 위 이메일로 받습니다. 개발자를 통한 해결이 어려우면 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972, kopico.go.kr), 개인정보침해 신고센터(118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 경찰청(182, ecrm.police.go.kr)에 신고·상담하실 수 있습니다. Questions, access requests and deletion requests go to the address above. If the developer cannot resolve the matter, you may apply to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972, kopico.go.kr), the Privacy Infringement Report Center (118, privacy.kisa.or.kr) or the National Police Agency (182, ecrm.police.go.kr).

개발자는 서비스에 필요한 최소한의 개인정보만 처리합니다. The developer processes only the minimum personal information the service needs.

그 밖에는 아무것도 처리하지 않습니다. 앱은 신원 정보를 수집하지 않고, 연락처·사진·카메라·마이크·캘린더에 접근하지 않으며, HealthKit·광고 식별자(IDFA)·분석 SDK를 사용하지 않고 이용자를 추적하지 않습니다.
14세 미만 아동의 개인정보와 가명정보는 처리하지 않고, 기록을 다른 이용자에게 공개하는 기능도 없습니다.
Nothing else is processed. The app collects no identity information, never accesses contacts, photos, camera, microphone or calendar, uses no HealthKit, no advertising identifier (IDFA) and no analytics SDK, and does not track you.
It processes neither the personal information of children under 14 nor pseudonymized information, and has no feature that shares your records with other users.
3. 파기 3. Destruction
보유 기간이 지나거나 목적이 달성되어 개인정보가 불필요해지면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다른 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 개인정보는 없습니다.
개인정보 보호책임자가 파기 대상을 확인한 뒤 전자적 파일을 재생할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 종이 문서나 보조저장매체로는 보관하지 않습니다. 기기 안의 정보는 당일 경로가 자정에, 걸음 기록과 설정이 앱 삭제 시 iOS가 컨테이너를 지우면서 파기됩니다.
보낸 의견을 미리 지우려면 위 이메일로 요청하시면 됩니다. 앱이 신원 정보를 받지 않으므로 보낸 날짜와 본문 일부를 함께 알려주셔야 특정할 수 있습니다.
Personal information is destroyed without delay once it becomes unnecessary — when its retention period passes or its purpose is achieved. No personal information must be retained under any other statute.
The privacy officer confirms what is to be destroyed, then deletes the electronic records in a way that makes them irreproducible; nothing is kept on paper or removable media. On-device information is destroyed when iOS clears it — the day’s route at midnight, step history and settings when you delete the app and its container goes with it.
To have feedback deleted sooner, email the address above. Because the app collects no identity information, please include the date you sent it and a snippet of the message so it can be located.
4. 제3자 제공, 위탁, 국외 이전 4. Third parties, processors and transfers abroad
개발자는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 특별한 규정이 있거나 수사기관의 적법한 요구가 있는 경우만 예외입니다.
서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 처리업무를 위탁하며, 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보는 수탁자에게 전달되지 않습니다.
The developer provides personal information to no third party, except where specifically required by law or lawfully requested by an investigative authority.
Processing is entrusted as follows to run the service. Information that lives only on your device never reaches either processor.

의견은 미국의 Apple 서버에 저장되므로 국외로 이전됩니다. 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8제2항에 따라 안내합니다. Feedback is stored on Apple servers in the United States and is therefore transferred abroad. The following is disclosed under Article 28-8(2) of PIPA.

저장 항목에 이름·이메일·위치·걸음 수는 없지만, CloudKit은 레코드를 만든 사람을 컨테이너 한정 익명 식별자로 함께 기록합니다. Apple ID나 이메일을 알려주지는 않으며, 개발자는 이를 다른 정보와 결합하지 않습니다. 본문에 적은 내용은 그대로 저장되니 연락처는 적지 않는 것을 권합니다. What is stored contains no name, email, location or step data, but CloudKit also records the creator of a record as a container-scoped anonymous identifier. It reveals no Apple ID or email, and the developer never combines it with anything else. Whatever you type is stored as typed, so please leave contact details out of it.
5. 이용자의 권리 5. Your rights
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱이 다루는 정보 대부분은 기기 안에만 있어 이용자가 직접 지울 수 있으므로, 개발자를 상대로 한 요구의 실질적 대상은 보낸 의견입니다. You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent. Nearly everything the app handles lives only on your device, where you can delete it yourself; the practical subject of a request to the developer is the feedback you sent.
- 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제41조제1항에 따라 서면·전자우편 등으로 요구할 수 있고, 위 이메일이 가장 빠릅니다. 개발자는 청구받은 날로부터 10일 이내에 회신합니다. Requests may be made by document or email under Art. 41(1) of the PIPA Enforcement Decree; the address above is fastest. The developer replies within 10 days.
- 대리인을 통해서도 할 수 있으며, 이 경우 「개인정보 처리 방법에 관한 고시」 [별지 제11호] 위임장이 필요합니다. 14세 미만 아동의 권리는 법정대리인이 행사합니다. A representative may act for you, on submitting the power of attorney in Form 11 of the Notice on Methods of Processing Personal Information. For a child under 14, the legal representative exercises these rights.
- 동작 및 피트니스, 위치, 실시간 활동 권한은 설정 → 앱 → 팽글에서 철회할 수 있으며 이는 동의 철회에 해당합니다. 열람·처리정지 요구는 「개인정보 보호법」 제35조제4항 및 제37조제2항에 따라 제한될 수 있습니다. Motion & Fitness, Location and Live Activities can be revoked in Settings → Apps → Pangle, which constitutes withdrawal of consent. Access and suspension requests may be restricted under PIPA Arts. 35(4) and 37(2).
6. 안전성 확보와 자동 수집 6. Safeguards and automatic collection
기기의 정보는 iOS 앱 샌드박스와 기기 암호화로, 전송 구간은 TLS로 보호됩니다. 의견이 저장된 CloudKit 컨테이너는 2단계 인증이 적용된 개발자의 Apple 개발자 계정으로만 접근할 수 있습니다. 개인정보를 취급하는 사람은 개발자 본인 1인이며, 별도의 서버·데이터베이스·전산실을 운영하지 않고 개발자 기기에는 화면 잠금과 디스크 암호화를 적용합니다. Information on the device is protected by the iOS app sandbox and device encryption; everything in transit is protected by TLS. The CloudKit container holding feedback is reachable only through the developer’s Apple Developer account, which has two-factor authentication enabled. The developer is the only person who handles personal information, runs no separate server, database or server room, and keeps screen locking and disk encryption on the machines that can reach it.

7. 방침의 변경 7. Changes to this policy
이 방침은 2026년 9월 8일부터 적용됩니다. 방침이 바뀌면 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시하고 이전 버전도 함께 공개하며, 이용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경은 시행 전에 따로 안내합니다. This policy takes effect on September 8, 2026. When it changes, the change and its effective date are posted here and earlier versions are published alongside it; a change that materially affects your rights is announced separately before it takes effect.
